Please be aware that a customer has experienced a cold call from a caller claiming to be from Hanover Scotland. This person is claiming that the customer has been chosen to participate in a survey.
We recommend the following:
- Do not disclose any account information – if you uncomfortable with the call, please hang up.
- Ask the caller for their full name/office which they are calling from
- Request a telephone number and call reference number to call back on – DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER BACK
- If you’re contacted by a contractor to arrange works that you’re not aware of, please contact your site-based Hanover employee/housing manager directly to confirm if the call is genuine or call us 0800 111 4646 to ensure you are speaking to a genuine Hanover employee
