Orchard Court is located in the residential area of Renfrew. Renfrew Town centre is a few minutes walking distance from the development with a range of amenities including a post office, supermarket and bank. Buses into the town of Paisley and into Glasgow city centre can be caught a short distance from the development.
There are 15 flats in the development with a mix of bedsit and one-bedroom flats. All flats are located in a single block on ground level. Heating is provided by electric storage heaters. There is a resident’s lounge on site as well as a dining room which serves two cooked meals a day, one at lunch time and one in the evening.
Staff are on site at all times with each resident having a named member of staff who is their key worker. They are available daily between 8:00am and 10:00pm with staff on call for emergencies outside of those hours.
