The development is situated in the heart of Johnstone central to local shopping areas. There is a train station in Johnstone and bus stops are five minutes walking distance from the development.
There are 15 flats within the development with 13 one-bedroom flats and two two-bedroom flats. Each flat has a living room, bathroom and kitchenette. Heating is provided by white meter electric heaters with convector boosters in all rooms.
There is a residents lounge on site as well as a dining room which serves two cooked meals a day, one at lunch time and one in the evening.
Staff are on site at all times with each resident having a named member of staff who is their key worker. They are available daily between 8:00am and 10:00pm with staff on call for emergencies outside of those hours.
