- If you, or anyone to be housed with you, has been assessed as statutorily homeless by the Council (The Council will have confirmed this to you in writing) evidence will be required.
- If you are likely to be made homeless within the next two months we will ask for evidence (e.g. a Notice of Proceedings, Court Order, etc.).
